About / Our mission

More command.
Less dependence.

Give traders the structure, tools and evidence to take command of their own process.

Turn a plan into deliberate action. Learn from what actually happened. Reduce dependence on personalities, fragmented tools and constant screen-watching.

The practical starting point

Built from the work
around the trade.

Sentinel began with repeated practical questions: why did a calculation need another tool? Why did a planned management action still need another manual click? Why was it so easy to lose track of the rules when attention was already stretched?

The founder’s experience of those everyday trading problems became software requirements. Prices move, fatigue sets in and several positions can need attention at once. Knowing what you intended to do is different from carrying it out reliably.

The purpose is to support the person doing the trading: make the chosen plan easier to follow, make the limits easier to see and make the next review more useful.

What we are building towards

Follow the process,
not the personality.

Six principles for a system that supports better preparation, controlled execution and useful learning.

  1. 01

    Independence

Understand the rules and retain control of the decisions. Become less dependent on any personality, including the founder.

  2. 02

    Risk before execution

Bring configured limits and transparent costs into the decision, where they can inform the plan before action.

  3. 03

A plan you can carry out

Support deliberate execution and management with clear permissions, alerts and records. A configured no-trade decision can be a successful outcome.

  4. 04

    Practice with purpose

Learn through complete decision-and-review loops. Include rejected setups, replay and demo decisions; value understanding over activity.

  5. 05

    Evidence people can inspect

Document strategy versions, included costs, sample sizes and limitations. Distinguish historical tests, forward demo and observed live results. Preserve failures and revisions.

  6. 06

    Time, trust & transparency

Reduce avoidable monitoring and repetitive actions while preserving supervision. Explain limitations, funding and commercial incentives plainly.

Time & attention

Less avoidable work.
More deliberate attention.

Time away from repetitive actions can be valuable. It is not a promise of passive income or unsupervised safety. Automated management depends on configuration, connectivity and a running supported environment. The trader remains responsible.

The direction of travel

One process. A wider ambition.

The terminal panels and challenge management sit at the centre. The planned member portal connects the augmented trader, account dashboard, performance analytics and journal. Chart tools, Strategy Lab, the Academy and a future evidence library should strengthen the same process: understand the decision, carry out the plan, review the evidence. Availability must be confirmed for each release.

Advanced cost comparisons, AI/co-pilot tools and broader platform support remain future possibilities requiring release confirmation.

Explore the ecosystem

Transparent incentives.

Direct licences and broker-sponsored access are being considered. Neither route, its availability nor its terms is final. The commitment is to explain any eventual compensation and relationship before asking for trust.

A useful community.

A future research library should make ideas reproducible, attributed and open to constructive review. Evidence should include limitations and failures, so the next decision can be better informed.

Your decisions. A clearer process.
