Your enquiries

The Zoho contact form requests an email address and message; your name is optional. Zoho Forms receives the entry and sends an email notification to Zoho Mail. Direct email can include sender details, message, technical headers and attachments. We use this information to understand and respond to your voluntary enquiry and maintain a proportionate conversation record, relying on legitimate interests in answering the questions you choose to send. You can object by contacting us. An enquiry does not enrol you in marketing or authorise sharing it with a broker or prospective partner.

When the form loads

The embedded form connects to Zoho only after you select Load contact form. The separate-form link also connects to Zoho. Its form and CAPTCHA can receive technical connection information before submission. Closing the form stops its display; it does not erase information already received. Zoho Forms reported on 2 October that its form and CAPTCHA use session cookies beginning zalb_ for load balancing on forms.zohopublic.eu and accounts.zoho.eu, and that the form sets no other cookies or trackers. Zoho Forms confirmed on 5 October 2026 that opening a public form or viewing and refreshing its CAPTCHA records the visitor’s IP address and browser User-Agent in EU access logs for one year, for both embedded and directly opened forms. Some optional form features can also make requests before submission; this does not establish the payload of every request from our form.

Hosting and browser information

OpenAI hosts the site through ChatGPT Sites, which provides automatic traffic analytics and visitor/page-view counts. Hosting and security services can receive technical information such as IP address, browser and request details. Cloudflare security code and cookies have been observed on the live host. A 7 October response set a __cf_bm security cookie with a 30-minute expiry; that single observation does not establish every cookie or its behaviour.

The Sentinel pages in this release do not save appearance preferences, learning records or account data in browser storage, and include no advertising tracker, member login or broker connection. The public site guide keeps questions and replies only in page memory; Clear chat or reloading clears them, and they are not sent to an AI service. A guided tour remembers only its route ID and step in this tab’s session storage until End or Finish. The guide does not read accounts or place trades. The decorative eye uses pointer and tap positions in memory. Optional phone tilt starts when you tap Enable motion; where required, that tap requests motion permission and calibrates the current angle. Sensor readings stay on-device and are not stored or sent. Pause motion stops both animation and the sensor listener; Resume motion restores them with recalibration when tilt is available. Hosting-injected services are separate. Browser controls can restrict cookies or clear site data; some security or form features may then fail. We have not verified a host-level analytics opt-out.

Providers and international processing

Zoho Forms and Mail process enquiry records; OpenAI and its hosting providers deliver the website. Processing may involve other countries. The Sites terms refer to the applicable processing agreement. The individual-plan Sites addendum provides UK transfer safeguards. Ask us for available details. Zoho supplied an unsigned UK DPA for review on 5 October 2026. It has not been signed; service coverage and transfer details remain under review.

Provider information still being clarified: the Zoho agreement’s explicit Mail/Forms Free-plan coverage and applicable UK-transfer details; Mail backup and technical-log periods beyond the confirmed admin/calendar audit logs; Forms pre-submission request payloads and any additional log periods; and Sites visitor-identifier, analytics/log/backup retention and choice controls. These are not confirmed by an EU endpoint or by our own enquiry retention period. We will update this notice when those facts are established. No UK-only or EU-only hosting promise is made.

Retention

Ordinary enquiry records are reviewed manually and kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, earlier when no longer needed. This covers relevant form entries, email notifications and operator-held copies; deleting one does not delete the others. Necessary complaint, contract or legal records may be retained longer for the specific purpose with a review date.

Zoho Forms reported that deleted Free-plan entries leave its active database immediately, backups after three months, and deletion audit records after 90 days. Those are separate from the one-year pre-submission access logs. Deleting an email moves it to Trash. Removal from Trash follows the configured cleanup interval and the email’s received date; our mailbox has a 30-day cleanup interval. Zoho Mail confirmed on 7 October 2026 a further 30-day server recovery period after removal from Trash and default one-year retention for admin/calendar audit logs. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, and exercise portability where applicable. Contact the operator at the address above. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Disclosure and updates

Information may be disclosed where required by law or needed to handle a specific legal claim. Enquiries are not public testimonials. This public site does not make solely automated decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects. Material changes to this notice will be published with an updated effective date.
